ComeOn Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ComeOn platform — including the sports betting section, live card games, fishing games, Ludo rooms, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ComeOn. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of ComeOn after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all ComeOn users in Pakistan and should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and ComeOn.

2 Eligibility

To open and use a ComeOn account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be employed by ComeOn, or be a close family member of a ComeOn employee, in any capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion scheme that covers ComeOn or any participating platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Pakistan.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access ComeOn's full range of betting and gaming features, you must register an account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number, and email address.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to ComeOn is truthful and up to date. ComeOn is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one ComeOn account. If you already have a registered account, you must not open another one. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — are not permitted under these Terms.

ComeOn uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, ComeOn may close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed through them, and withhold any bonus balances. Where fraud is not suspected, ComeOn will return genuine deposited funds after review.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ComeOn login credentials. You must not share your password, login details, or account access with any third party. ComeOn will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact ComeOn support immediately at support@comeon-jit.com so that your account can be secured.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ComeOn may at any time request identity verification documents from you, including a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of residential address, and evidence of the payment method used. This is a standard KYC process required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect players.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ComeOn accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your ComeOn account instantly. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

ComeOn does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to other individuals — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from ComeOn are processed in PKR to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes during active hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing time.

ComeOn reserves the right to perform additional identity and payment verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. This is done to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals and to comply with anti-fraud obligations.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All ComeOn accounts, bets, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ComeOn does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ComeOn's control.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on ComeOn are final once confirmed via the bet slip. You are responsible for checking your selections, stake, and potential return before confirming. ComeOn does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in specific circumstances described below.

The minimum bet amount on ComeOn is Rs 100 per selection for sports betting. Minimum bets for live card games and other products are specified on the respective product pages.

5.2 Bet Voidance

ComeOn reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled with no rescheduled date within 72 hours.
• The bet was placed on an incorrect price due to a manifest error in odds publication.
• The event result was affected by match fixing, corruption, or circumstances that in ComeOn's reasonable judgement rendered the result invalid.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including through use of software, bots, or arbitrage strategies designed to exploit ComeOn's systems.

In cases of event abandonment or postponement, stakes are returned to your ComeOn account. Voided bets for any other reason are handled case by case, with ComeOn's decision being final.

5.3 Live Betting

ComeOn offers in-play betting on football, cricket, tennis, basketball and many other sports. Live odds update in real time and markets may be temporarily suspended during significant match events. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. ComeOn does not accept claims that a live bet was placed during a temporary suspension period if the bet was accepted by the system.

5.4 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. All selections must be correct for the accumulator to win. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection — the remaining legs continue at their original odds. ComeOn does not treat a voided leg as a winning leg.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ComeOn offers welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and qualifying conditions that are stated clearly at the time of each offer. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 10,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 3,00,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable).

Only bets meeting the minimum odds threshold specified for each promotion contribute towards wagering requirements. Bets below the minimum odds, bets in certain restricted markets, or bets voided for any reason do not count.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus via a second account constitutes a breach of the one-account rule.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• ComeOn reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any wagering obligations already in progress being honoured.
• If ComeOn determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or through system abuse, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ComeOn is committed to providing a fair betting environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of relevant bets, and potential forfeiture of account balance:

• Match fixing and insider betting: Betting on events using information not publicly available, or in coordination with individuals involved in the event.
• Automated betting: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets on ComeOn without human interaction.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences to guarantee profit across multiple accounts or platforms, particularly in conjunction with bonus funds.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to place bets using your ComeOn account credentials.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits. Any suspicious payment activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit live game or betting mechanics in ways not intended by ComeOn.

ComeOn employs automated fraud detection systems that flag unusual betting patterns. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals suspended pending review. ComeOn's decisions on fair play matters are final.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 ComeOn's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

ComeOn reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Account opened by an underage individual.
• At the account holder's own request (voluntary self-closure or self-exclusion).

8.2 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — particularly involving fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — ComeOn may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full. Where closure is voluntary or administrative (not fraud-related), ComeOn will process the remaining genuine balance to the account holder after standard verification checks.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your ComeOn account at any time by contacting support at support@comeon-jit.com. Before closing, ensure any pending bets are settled and that your remaining balance is withdrawn. ComeOn will process voluntary closure requests within five working days.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ComeOn platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game mechanics, odds compilation methodologies, and branded materials — is the intellectual property of ComeOn or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ComeOn content without explicit written permission.

You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from ComeOn's platform, including odds data, event listings, or game results. Commercial use of any ComeOn content without authorisation will result in account closure and may expose you to legal liability.

10 Privacy and Data

ComeOn collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and ComeOn. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

ComeOn does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

ComeOn is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Betting should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a financial obligation or a way to resolve financial difficulty. ComeOn provides the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Loss limits: Set limits on how much you can lose within a defined period before the system prevents further play.
• Session time reminders: Receive prompts after a defined playing duration to encourage breaks.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from ComeOn. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic notifications showing your session duration and net betting position.

12 Limitation of Liability

ComeOn provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accessible at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ComeOn's control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComeOn's liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your ComeOn account at the time of the claim. ComeOn is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect financial losses arising from bet outcomes.
• Technical failures causing delays in bet placement, game loading, or live betting during critical in-play moments.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including unauthorised access by third parties.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ComeOn's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by ComeOn.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ComeOn reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ComeOn will notify registered account holders by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Continued use of ComeOn after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and ComeOn are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of ComeOn, you should first contact ComeOn support directly to attempt resolution informally.

ComeOn will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 working days of a formal complaint being submitted. Complaints should be submitted in writing to support@comeon-jit.com with your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

ComeOn's decisions on sporting event results, odds compilation, and bet settlement are final and not subject to dispute on grounds of personal disagreement with the outcome.
